Getting Out of a Planner Rut

For the longest time, I feel like I’ve been stuck in a planner rut. How can I be that serious about pen and paper? For me, it’s more than that. It’s all about finding some solace in my day to day. My mind is all over the place when I don’t have my thoughts on paper. I may be a millennial, but for me, there’s nothing like a blank piece of paper and my favorite pen. To get out of this planner rut, I would need to implement a system that would become a central location for all things me.

Bullet Journal Plan With Me | March One Planner Challenge

Cheers to all the love in the planner community and the challenge I’m taking on. Shay Budgets and E. Michelle, both budget and beyond YouTubers, created a one planner challenge. In other words, use the same planner all month long. I couldn’t resist and I had to get in on the action.

How I Use Multiple Planners

Just as the ball dropped, we’re already rolling into February. Although my energy has been low this month, we’ll save mental health talk for another time, I still feel I was pretty productive. That has a lot to do with the planners that I put in place.

I shared my planner lineup at the top of the year, but how often do people really share if it’s working? They share more than you think when they switch up planners in search of one that is functional for their lifestyle. Well, here I am – being open and honest as to if my systems are actually working or not. Let’s see if anything will be eliminated.

Bullet Journal Decorate With Me | Football Schedule

Every year I love to create a schedule for my planner specifically for my teams football schedule. Newsflash, to any new readers out there, I am a die hard Steelers fan and have been since 2005. That probably doesn’t matter to many, but hell, it does to me. So, here’s another idea for creating a sports schedule in your planner. This would work best for an NFL or college schedule for that matter. As for other sports with lengthier games, you’d have to adjust accordingly.
